I have an eight year old Kyocera copier which was diagnosed with a power problem. The technician basically said that its not worth fixing. Given the times, I ended up reaching out to Kyocera who put me on to Parts Alliance and I was able to purchase the faulty part. The part arrived the next day and I was able to fix the copier. Saved thousands $$$. I highly recommend Parts Alliance, if and when the need arises I'll be going back to them. Thanks again for helping me out.

Do Not Use We were loyal Customers for a time until a part was delivered damaged. There was zero customer service and assistance when we requested a replacement. We were dismissed and accused of making the damage ourselves. Leave well alone...You have been warned.
