        Each time I called, I was told (by the receptionist) to send an email to get in touch with the powdercoating guy. "Sorry, can't put calls through" downstairs. Asked for a sample and he plain forgot and they didn't bother to take any details... It's like they don't want your business! Taking it somewhere more reliable.
