I had two old original cartoons packed away as they looked tired and old. I thought I would try a modern photo frame from Profile Products but couldn't find one to fit. I contacted Adrian Teh at Profile Products who with his team were the most helpful and professional in their dealings with with me. I have now just received my cartoons and they look fantastic, I was going to put them in a place where they would not necessarily be seen by all but I now must put them in a very visible place as the are very much a conversation duo. I ordered Antique White Mat Board - 8x10in (20x25cm) to suit 6x8in (15x20cm) image and 8x12in (20x30cm) to suit two 4x6in (10x15cm) images. Items where exactly as pictured and described and were delivered within the time frame specified.

I am so happy with the service received from Simon and his team at Profile Products. I had a special order from the UK of candles for my Mum and we faced many obstacles getting the items here (such as Covid-19), but Profile went above and beyond to ensure I received my goods. The communication was fantastic and the service received from Simon in particular was second to none. The customer really does come first with Profile Australia and I will definitely order again. Thank you for the beautiful frames and the accomodating you made in sending me the different sized mount after I made the order. At Profile they make gorgeous products but understand service.
