Dr Stephens is excellent. Took a lot of time to explain things properly, very informative. Definitely not money oriented. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic Dr Stephens did the best job repairing my knee. He managed to fit me in for a same day consult ( on a Saturday!), organised surgery for the following Monday as the operation was quite urgent and kept me updated during that Monday about surgery time. Who says surgeons have poor communication skills and bedside manners? He was so kind and caring, updated my husband in great detail after the surgery (and myself as well , but I was a bit out of it), informed me again the next day and showed me physio exercises before I was discharged home. He rang me the next day at home ensuring I was alright. Had my follow up appointment today and once again Im so impressed and pleased with the time and care he takes to ensure the best possible outcome . If you ever need surgery for your lower limbs, Dr Andrews is the guy to see.

One of the worst doctor experiences of my life. He was incredibly flirtatious, inappropriate, and uncomfortable to be alone with. I had two main reason for going to his clinic, the most important being an MRI referral, that with out his referral is not covered under medicare, the other being a physio referral. Neither were given to me. I was kept there 3 hours, much of which was waiting to go back into the office a second time with him following my X-ray results. He then made comments on how "a neurosurgeon would be quick to operate on you being as young and attractive as you are." Said sitting with his leg sped wide and his hand resting in his lips. I would highly recommend never booking with this doctor and if your a female definitely not on your own. Very slimy, awful experience and didn't get either of the referrals I needed from it. To top it all off, he told my GP he would be seeing me free of charge, then at the end of the appointment brought me to the counter to charge me nearly $300. I explained to the receptionist the conversation I was present for when my GP spoke with Andrew Stephens when we booked the appointment. I clearly confirmed hearing him say he would bulk bill me. She was very aggressive, rude, and uncomfortable stating Andrew Stephens never bulk bills. She went back to speak with him and returned saying in an awful manner, "you can leave and he would not be seeing you again!" Don't waist your money, time or energy with this doctor. And please, if your a woman, do NOT book with this man. My skin clawed for weeks following this experience.
