Another great experience at Procycles Hornsby. My dream was to own a new BMW for the first time ever and Julius and Matt helped that dream come true. They know BMW motorcycles inside out and helped me choose the right bike for me. The trade in price was good and my new R1250RS was ready to ride away within 2 weeks. I couldnt be happier.

It'd be a 10/10, 5 star review if it wasn't for Anthony in their service department who is an absolute contrast to the otherwise super helpful and top notch customer service at Procycles Hornsby. Update 17.MAY.2023 @ 1747hrs: I just received a call from Anthony @ Procycles Hornsby regarding my initial review. I explained myself and am hopeful that the constructive criticism was taken well. He seemed reasonable enough. Here's to a positive end customer experience and changing this 4 star review to a glowing 5 star recommendation.
