I have had cause to rent appliances from you on 3 separate occasions over the last 3 years due to joint replacements in our family. Staff have always provided expert advice and a very cost effective solution to our needs. More recently while trying to source a particular appliance staff went above and beyond to find the last item in a discontinued line to assist, and would not accept payment! What a tremendous, supportive, caring organisation. Thank you!

My electric power wheelchair needed the first annual service. I contacted Rej who in turn made a booking with Sunrise Medical at their Wetherill Park premises. Rej came to my house late Sunday afternoon to collect the wheelchair so he could deliver it to Sunrise on Monday first thing. Rej then returned the wheelchair to my house mid-afternoon on Monday. The costs of service and transport were reasonable but the exceptional element was the high quality service from Comfort Discovered.

Wonderful professional team who have vast knowledge of products and customer need. Have had 7 years of being a customer and they deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion.

The service you get from Comfort Discovered is incredible. They are helpful and knowledgeable always ready to help. The customer service is outstanding and they have a big selection of products. On top of that they will beat any price. I have purchased 2 items with them so far, and they will be my first contact for future purchases. Sibi and Martin are awesome
