The manager is absolutely horrible. I made 3 phone calls in the morning to say we would be getting this dog. talk to her in the afternoon and say we will be there then. Bring my whole family and kids to find out she sold it. A call would have been nice. I hate their service, my daughter has been crying all afternoon. They only want the money

I went to have a look at getting some new toys for my cat and asked the girl Talise but she ignored me, so I asked her again if she could help me but I decided to leave as I didnt get any service.

Was right across from this store yesterday afternoon for about 15mins waiting for something and all I herd were puppies barking mostly the whole time. Watching the guy working there in the store, he went over a few times to wipe something and other times he appeared to do nothing while walking over to them. Seemed a bit of a tease for these puppies desperate for stimulation or comfort. These puppies were clearly bored and somewhat distressed sitting in a tiny space surrounded by clear plastic walls. No enrichment to stimulate them. No toys. Nothing. Cruel. Please dont come back with a counter review to say you so x,y,z to enrich them. Because what I saw were very sad and distressed animals clawing at the confined plastic walls. Buy your pet from a breeder who stimulates and enriches their puppies with proper space to have them socialise in their packs. It will not only be mentally better for your little one but they will in turn have no behavioural issues such as separation anxiety, food guarding, fear of noises like fireworks or storms, aggression towards other dog etc.. These puppies yesterday looked like they could come with a myriad of these issues just based on how much they were barking.
