        Needed a very urgent last minute appointment and this clinic was open and booked me in just before Christmas and just before nye. I had previously been in ED and had no relief for constant pain I was in. Zoe is an amazingly skilled physiotherapist and is very kind and personable. She helped alleviate my pain and vertigo and I cant thank her enough for her treatments. She was so kind!! I will continue going to On Balance for treatments. All the staff were very kind and helpful and the practice was very clean and responsive to covid stuff.
