        Everytime i go into the Hornsby store the customer service is so poor and they dont greet they just stand around. Very unfriendly they wait for you to approach them and ask for help. That's why now i go to Platapus better service and much more helpful and friendly. Will be telling friends and family not to shop at this store. I think the workers need further training on customer service.
