Shell Coles Express Hornsby

Always greeted nicely at this petrol station, staff really great there. Especially if youre a regular, staff get to know you, have a nice experience talking to them. The reason im posting this, Baheer, an employee there, literally arm in arm walked an elderly man to his car, and he was the only one working at the time. When he came back inside to continue serving, i overheard him say to a rep, he comes in here a lot. Great work Baheer, extremely nice gesture to do that, it was noted by myself & others, and i will continue to shop there whilst staff like you work there

BE CAREFUL! The guy at register today, 30-Apr-2023, 7 PM, was extremely DISHONEST. He was trying his best to ensure that I don't get my flybuys activated offer benefits against fuel purchases. He even said yes, I have got the benefit. Later, he was even trying to say that I don't ask for the receipt, but thank GOD I did ask, and now it's evident that I didn't get a benefit. Writing this review so that other customers don't get cheated like I have been today.

1 in the car wash and we were the fourth car waiting. Nothing express about this service. Nearly 45 mins from ticket purchase to completion. Not brushless either. Definitely won't be using Coles Express Car Wash again.
