Decent range of shoes particularly for kids, at affordable prices. Also a consistent supply of the same styles which works for us so the kids can keep getting shoes that work well for them as they grow. Love the convenience of being able to order online and exchange in store if need be. This review though is prompted by amazing customer service. Have always found the staff to be helpful. On this last visit, we were trying to get a smaller size for some shoes that were too big. Unfortunately it was the smallest size of its range, but the young man who served us was very knowledgeable, was aware of this issue in boys stepping into men sizes, and helpfully suggested that we should try a women's size during this interim phase (identical shoe design but different name). My son and I were both equally impressed (and safe to say my son wouldn't have listened had I come up with this solution by myself ).
