They had no doctors working at all for about 50 mins a fact that they had failed to communicate to anyone when making the appointment. The receptionist couldnt tell me how long Id have to wait in all it ended up taking 2.5 hours of waiting

Poor service, their only interest is in your money and doesn't care if you got the service or not. I went there for immunisation for my child with a medicare immunisation record from our previous clinic. Record clearly says what is the vaccine to be taken next but the nurse want to cross verify it (and I get it why, they want to charge for the service). They didn't give any vaccine that day but charged me $150 for cross verifying which was already did by another clinic for $70. After 2 days I got a call and nurse said everything is up to date but they didn't email me the latest immunisation record. After few days I went again for vaccine, this time it was another nurse. She looked at the updated vaccine record and said it is not correct, and said it wast not done correctly and she want to cross verify again! ie, we have to go back without getting vaccine and we will be charged again!. The nurse, receptionist and even doctor understood the situation, receptionist asked me to inform this to the manager but she have to bill me $70. I paid $70 and left and after 2 hours I got call from nurse and asked me to come back because she didn't want to bill us again. She cross verified and gave us the vaccine. I called the manager to inform my dissatisfaction but she won't accept the mistake. She was kind of arguing with me (why?, did I made any mistake?). Nurse 2 - did good work, thank you Nurse 1 - what did you do when we visited the first time? Manager - We are happy to pay as long as the clinic render their service correctly/fully/responsibly. If Edgeworth Medical Centre is reading this comment, understand that we are not paying to see your smiling faces (there are better ways to spend money like that) but we are paying money to get a service done properly. If the service is not rendered fully you should not charge us. This is not the first time in life we are seeing a doctor, nurse or a clinic.
