Absolutely exceptional service! Geoff genuinely went above and beyond helping me out. He is extremely knowldegeable with his products, has a great sense of humour! There was a paypal issue and he personally called me to assist me with the transaction, updated me on the tracking and helped me out with another product query. I have never received such customer service! Thank you, Geoff and I wish you all the best in life.

I'm not sure that I've ever received better service to be honest! Like many other reviewers Geoff assisted me in tracking down some particular coloured bath mats from the supplier and kept in constant communication with me. It wasn't a huge order but he looked after me fabulously all the same! Couldn't recommend highly enough. A new customer for life!!!!
