My wonderful real-estate agent Susie Stathakis introduced Lane & Lane solicitors to me in the handling of the sale of our house and in the purchasing of our new apartment in Roseville. Fiona, the superstar of the firm, is an absolute legend. From our first phone conversation, I felt like I was talking to a friend, and everything was a breeze from that point forward. As usual, there are always lots of terms in the legal field are not always understandable for the average non-law person like me, but Fiona was simply amazing in translating difficult-to-understand terms and processes in a simple coherent way.
