Nathan & his team renovated our family home in Wahroonga. With pricing unstable in the industry in the time leading up to our project Nathan suggested a cost plus contract. Whilst we were initially apprehensive Nathan assured us that his process is transparent & reliable. We were very pleased to see how the savings he managed to achieve for materials & supplies against his initial budget were passed onto us as the client & we are confident that his process saved us in excess of 10% as opposed to a fixed price contract where he would have considered higher pricing to cover for uncertainty. I am delighted to be handed the keys to my beautiful new home today. Ive just completed my handover inspection & I couldnt be happier. Nathan promised me a completed build just before Christmas & hes delivered early The build was right on budget. The quality of the finishes are exceptional. The management of the build has been professional & I couldnt fault the process from beginning to end. These guys know their stuff & I am so delighted that I chose to build with the team at Quay Homes. 5 stars from me. And had I been able to offer a bonus star, I would have awarded it today. Im blown away. Thank you!

My family built with Quay Homes & they delivered a wonderful luxury home build for us on the lower north shore. My father is a retired builder of non-English-speaking background and is very opinionated when it comes to construction and at the outset, we were a little worried about how Dad and the builder would get along. Lets just say that the project was a success, and dad couldnt be prouder of the result. Hats off to you guys for managing all of the challenges the world threw at us during the build. I couldnt recommend Quay Homes highly enough.

We have nearly completed the design stage of our new home after consulting with Nathan at Quay Homes. His knowledge and experience helped us navigate through the different construction methods and the material options available which will help keep the build within our budget. Nathan has been great in sharing his time with us, both at our building site as well as showing us some of the previous homes they have built. The quality of the homes are excellent, and we are super excited and looking forward to building with Nathan and the team, knowing that we will have all the support we need throughout the process.
