Mix of great high quality products and mid quality products. The store is a bit narrow but well organised and has friendly staff who are happy to help when asked.

I went in the store the other day and didnt have much time. I knew what I wanted to purchase. I stood near the items I wanted to buy. And looked at the lady standing at the counter and now standing there for a few minutes I havent been greeted or even acknowledged that I was in their store. I heard banter coming from the back of the store, to my understanding what sounded like other staff members laughing quite loudly. I even said hey in a polite way to the lady standing at the counter and she still didnt look up at me. Seriously im trying to buy something and be on my way the LEAST you can do is acknowledge me. Finally a staff member from the back came down to help me. Didnt even greet me with a smile she was also plain and abrupt and not very inviting. I was in a rush so I asked for the products that I was looking for- at least they had stock. To be honest. Shocking service. I have worked in sales and retail spaces for over 15 years. I just couldnt believe what I experienced especially in a health food store which is meant to be a place of calm wholesome energy. My advise is if you want great service and everything you need, go to Dr Earth in Newtown. Worth the trip and worth the good vibes.
