Love it! Lis was fabulous. I was bad and did at home lift from a red to blonde and she was a life saver. So much care was taken to help get the orange out to platinum blonde with my hair being porous and damaged. I was also given so much advice on how to get my hair healthy and help prevent breakage. UPDATE: was asked to reach out via email and its nearly been 6 weeks and Ive still had no resolution. What is the point of asking people who have had bad experiences to communicate further if youre not going to do anything about it? A bit disappointed with the result of a recent haircut. I had booked in for a shampoo and haircut. Forgot the name of the lady who cut my hair but she was very kind. The shampoo was meh. I ended up with a lot of shampoo suds sitting in my ear because she was running her hand completely over my ear rather than around. I generally always get my hair washed wherever I get my hair cut and much more care is usually taken and doesnt feel so rushed. The haircut however is where things begun to take a turn for the worst Prior to washing my hair I had showed a few different pictures as to what I was looking for from my haircut. I had stipulated that I wanted whispy curtain bangs with shaping around the face and no layers (just a straight cut). The straight cut was no issue but cutting the bangs was awful. Without consulting me she twisted up a section of hair and just cut it off. No time for me to say if I like the length or anything. She just snipped it. She then gathered another section of hair that was going to sit around my face and again just cut it without consulting me. I tried to trust the process and thought that surely she would tidy it up and make it flow but I was very wrong. She dried my new uneven bangs off and sent me on my way. I got home to have a better look at my haircut and could not have been more disappointed. It was choppy, the fringe wasnt even, nothing blended in with one another, and I now had two random chunks of hair hanging around my face that didnt blend. For someone who says they have 30+ years of experience cutting hair I really would have expected a much better haircut than this and a lot more communication as to how I wanted my hair to look in the moment. Have had to fix it myself as I dont feel confident in the ability of the staff there to fix the cut without ruining it further.
