        Very unhappy with the colour I received not what I asked for at all. When I went back to tell her I was unhappy and hoping she would fix it I was told it will lighten up upon several washes. My hair looks brown when i asked for golden blonde. Paid $190 for something I really dislike. Wont be returning, After several washes my hair is still awful honestly it is the worst hair colour I have ever had. A friend said the colour looks very dirty!. I am embarrassed how awful my hair looks. Also the aftercare advice was totally wrong when I redid my roots with the shade she recommended it was copper not blonde. I cannot believe how wrong your advice is. Totally the wrong colour when I want blonde. One of the worst experience I have had at a hairdresser. Service: Hair coloring
