Huge thanks to the guys for the with they did replacing our floorboards including stairs. We couldn't be happier with the job! Bill was so helpful and patient in our selection process and flexible in scheduling to accommodate for our renovations. Matt and Adam were amazing with the install. Previously we had a very wonky floor with creaks, waves and squeeks - they spent a lot of time and effort in the prep work, and were so thorough and professional with their install, fixing all our issues (and were really lovely guys too). I would thoroughly recommend them!

From our first consultation with Bill and to the final installation from Shannon, you guys took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and provided me with valuable insights and advice. Shannon who installed the carpet was patient, kind, and respectful, and I felt completely at ease with him in my home. I was especially impressed by your attention to detail and your commitment to ensuring that the carpet was installed correctly and to my satisfaction. You worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was perfect, and the end result is a beautiful, high-quality carpet that has exceeded my expectations. Your attention to detail and professionalism throughout the installation process were outstanding. You guys were always on time, worked efficiently, and took the time to answer any questions I had especially Bill. Additionally, Bill and Shannon were very respectful of my home, taking great care to minimize any mess and clean up after the work. The quality of your workmanship is evident in the final product, and the carpet looks beautiful. I appreciate the time you took to ensure that everything was done correctly, from the measurement and cutting of the carpet to the installation and finishing touches. Bill and his team did a wonderful job. We were renovating a new kitchen and lounge room there were so many delays but they were always more then happy to accommodate us by installing half of our laminate floor to fit in with the reno. Finally all done and looks amazing....very very Happy..... Highly recommend

This is the second time weve gone to Floating Floors Direct and we couldnt be happier. They always do the right thing on pricing compared to the big players in the market and there attention to detail at installation is second to none. A great team from the showroom to the installers. While hoping to not have to use them again for a while, Ill continue to recommend their services to anyone needing flooring done in the area.
