Eric makes it all too easy and has not only been an excellent broker, but a mentor in my property investment journey. He has vast personal experience and a wealth of knowledge in property investment as a high portfolio investor himself, which gives me the extra confidence I need in the decisions I make. We honestly could not speak more highly of Eric. He is knowledgeable and extremely prompt, answering questions and giving updates at all times of the day. He ran through everything thoroughly and explained in terms we could understand. I have no hesitation in recommending Eric and his team to my friends, and would happily utilise his services again in the future. Just to add on, I was also thankful to Eric for not trying to persuade or pressure us one way or another in the lender or structure. He laid out some options and professionally advised the pros and cons, but ultimately left us to make choices we were comfortable with.
