Great experience with these guys. Very knowledgeable. The young gentleman (didn't catch his name, unfortunately) was a great customer serviceman and made my experience just that much better.

I wanted to return an expensive item on a Sunday which proved to be impossible as the staff couldnt get codes for approval over $500 from memory. The staff were very helpful and polite and did their absolute best to help me. They were on the phone making calls and it sounded like they were being hung up on and someone on the phone didnt want to approve the return but they kept trying and almost got it done for me. I appreciate that it was a Sunday and therefore more difficult to get things done. They assured me that if I came back the next day it would be resolved. I did that and was able to get my refund without any issue. I would advise anyone that wants to make a return to make sure everything is put back the way you bought it as I did and dont rip the tape off the box. Also take a picture of your receipt as mine mysteriously when missing in the store after I gave it to one of the clerks I want to pay a compliment to Majak( not sure if the spelling is correct) and her coworker but I didnt get his name for their professionalism and eagerness to serve people. Thank you.
