I had an appointment booked for today and forgot and didnt get a reminder message till 9am this morning, sadly I lost a family member today and didnt see this message till later and responded back with no and called them back to explain, they replied back with a very rude message and was very rude on the phone calling me selfish and didnt have any remorse for what has happened, I will not be booking an appointment again through these people. Very poor customer welfare!

Dr Frederikson was able to treat a very painful skin infection which my daughter had seen a number of other doctors about. His admin staff are also lovely. A very nice man whose skills and knowledge are very much appreciated.

I had a cyst in my head removed here some years ago and was assured the removal would not create a scar. I had 3 stitches and I now have a bald patch on the side of my head where no hair has ever grown back, its right near my hairline so now Im extremely insecure about it as theres no way to hide it. The procedure itself was quick and painless but I wouldve rathered it be slow and painful if it meant I had no scar. Guess I have to live with that now but what can I do.

Dr Frederiksen was always on time and very pleasant. He completely cleared up my cystic acne which I found debilitating as a young woman. He listened to my concerns and questions well. I would return to him for any further skin related issues
