        Went to Kmart Hornsby at around 1:30pm and the checkout machine wasnt working. An indian appearance supervior came and fix the issue. No talking, no smiling. She just fixed and went away. Since when Kmart changed like this? She needs to get some serious training how to greet customers and not being no facial expression as if they are doing some kind of favour for customers.

        I came into Kmart Hornsby wanting to buy a Set of Lego Ninjago for my younger brother . The item was not in stock online and was not to be seen on the shelf in the Lego section. I approached Samdro the Department Manager who was so lovely and kindly went out the back to get me the Lego set. I will continue to shop at this store as I appreciate this young mans service.
