Calling Ben on a Sunday for help with a computer which would only boot intermittently was absolutely the right call. Obviously very knowledgeable and friendly, he quickly found the problem through logical checks, explaining as he went, and fixed the problem initially with a part of his own to get me through Monday, then came and installed a new copy of the part he obtained the following day. Also fixed other issues such as paste having deteriorated. Very highly recommended, and youll get the care to get to the root of the problem and fix it that I hadnt received at larger computer stores. Will definitely use his services again in future. Also very reasonable rates.
