Soul Origin Hornsby Westfield

Every Saturday they have two guys on the coffee machine but the coffee takes twice as long as any other SO Ive ever been to!! The coffee is up to the usual std but they seem to be constantly getting the orders wrong. Please speed up!!

I have given soul origin Hornsby 5 stars for their food and especially the best coffee in hornsby. I have tried other coffee places and always go to this one, great barista makes great coffee the male one who works Thursday and most evenings. You always remember how we like our coffee

Got charged for an extra panini and then asked for refund. She wasn't paying attention and it didn't go through. Showed her the banking and she's like "oh my colleague (was was rude) said it could take awhile and come back later." A long time later and out of pocket. Nothing. I drove 500km. The receipt also doesn't say refund. Tried call, goes straight to message bank. I'm so mad!

Have tried soul origin CBD, Port Stephens, DFO and they all have the 2 for 12 offer and we can choose any item (salads and sandwiches)but the Hornsby branch said that we can only choose 2 salads and not sandwiches. The one in the city sells salads /pastas for even 5$ after 3. The Hornsby branches sandwiches are dry and they use less mayo as compared to what we have tried in their other locations.
