My BMW motorbike suffered catastrophic electrical failure. All motorbike mechanics in Newcastle advised me of a waiting period of min 4 weeks and one mechanic told me to throw the bike in the skip bin. This had an immediate impact to my mental health plus the impact to alternative travel & commuting arrangements. Anthony and his crew were fantastic. They responded to my crisis by promptly diagnosing the issue(s) and making recommendations. I know Anthony went above & beyond for my incident. He had me back riding my bike in a fortnight.
