I have tried a few nail salons around hornsby and I have found that this one is the best for me. I find it clean, the girls really nice and happy to do what you ask and do their best. I have been coming here for the last year and I dont think I could go anywhere else. The times I have been to another salon, I find myself comparing them to Professnail. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I have been using Professionail for a very long time and have always been happy. However about 5 weeks ago I had my SnS French done and a week later ended up at the doctors getting antibiotics and anti fungal cream EVERY single nail was infected .. my doctor said she had never seen anything like it. I went back after 3 weeks of healing to get the SnS taken off so I could let my nail bed fully heal. I booked early morning so I could quietly tell the owner lady what had happened and that perhaps they needed to have a clean out of any old powder and utensils they currently use. Although she was lovely about it she basically fobbed it off as though it was my fault then proceeded to talk in her language to the technician who was to take off the SnS. This girl was VERY rude and dismissive and didnt care at all. I then got charged $15 for my traumatic experience ! The place once was soooo nice bring back the lovely Jess !!! I probably wont go there anymore Can anyone recommend anywhere else please ? Service: Manicure
