        Appallingly rude staff. Do not use this service! Appointment was for 9:00 am but they kept my wife waiting for almost 20 minutes while they chatted. During the test they bluntly barked instructions and then insulted my wife saying that she wouldn't live long if she couldn't hear. Then tried to swindle her into signing up for a long-term contract for a hearing device. Receptionist also rang many times to confirm the appt, so quite disorganized.
