Bought a voucher from Groupon and called the clinic to make a booking. 5 days in a row kept calling and no one answered or returned the called. Finally, today(25/06) when the voucher is expiring the man picked up the phone and said nothing is available, so I asked about the next availability and he told me tomorrow at 11am. I have a plumber coming so I asked for any other availability. He told me that was the only one, when asked he said nothing even in the coming weeks. So I said if you are so busy you need to get everyone accommodated just give me any date but nothing school pickup time and he just started being so rude and even started yelling. It was too obvious that he wanted the money and didn't want to provide the service. There is a limit to rudeness, you cannot be booked for weeks and weeks ahead, so why not put a limit on number of buyers. You don't yell out" can't you understand" when ( not being rude) really people are struggling to understand your English. I really wished I recorded that conversation and submitted it to Groupon. On the other hand, called Groupon and explained the situation and I said even if I lose my money I will not be setting feet there. The lady was very understanding and professional, she refunded me the whole amount. I rather pay the full amount or lose the money rather than going to a business that believes that just because you are getting a service at a cheaper price, they are allowed to treat you however they wish. Nobody deserves appalling service.
