Read the return parcel point feedback and have never experienced this, I have dropped off so many parcels and the staff have always been really nice. I wanted a particular product and they didnt have it and Michael, the pharmacist rang around to find it. Once he got it, he called me till he got me to let me know. Thats pretty good service if u ask me.

Always enjoy visiting this store as it has a good range of products and helpful staff. I use this Parcel point all the time. They have a friendly stuff and they look after the parcels very well! Always happy to visit them!

Similar experience here as many others below in terms of sending a parcel via ParcelPoint. I arrived at 09:05 and was greeted with a very rude "What do you want?" I then got berated heavily for 'coming too early' to drop off a parcel, despite the operating hours on the website and on ParcelPoint's site stating 09:00 - 17:00 I was also told incorrect information, such as my parcel was not "wrapped properly" Really terrible service for parcels. Perhaps update your operating hours on ParcelPoint's site if you're not prepared to accept parcels after 9am To the reader: Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I went 10 mins away to Strathfield Plaza Newsagent, who was super friendly, efficient and got the parcel label sent off in a flash. They did not have any issues with my packaging either.

The Senior staff Chinese lady was very rude and grumpy when I came to pick up a parcel. Maybe don't get your parcel delivered here for pick up.
