I originally went to Precision for physio, which I did with Lael and she was great! She listened to me and got my shoulder working again better than it has in years. Then I transitioned into high performance training with Shona who is FANTASTIC! She always brings a positive energy to our sessions and has reignited my love for training. She's a great coach with a lot of knowledge and a passion to share it. Highly recommend the females at Precision for any women out there wanting a PT they can really relate to.

I am so grateful that I found this place. I had pre-existing knee issues and I really wanted to address it so it didn't persist in my martial arts competitions and trainings. The physiotherapists (Bec and Lael) are fantastic with massaging and dry needling and dealing with my immediate pain and knots. The relief that follows after a session is so freeing. Lael gave simple physio exercises to do, which I still do today, because they're amazing for priming and warm up Jackson has been my strength trainer and has been fantastic with identifying what I need to improve, not just for my knee pain, but for my martial arts overall. He has curated exercises that addresses my needs and I can for sure say, that I am in a much better state than I was 3 months ago.

Shona and Jackson have been good through my program, particularly while I am managing a shoulder injury.
