        The blood collector girl was so friendly and lovely today. I often have anxiety for having needles in my arm but this girl gave me so much comfort that I didn't have to suffer the anxious moment :) thank you again!

        The lady who took my blood today was a consummate professional. After multiple failed attempts to get a sample elsewhere, she got it first go - her experience was obvious. She was also very friendly and pleasant. This experience made a big difference and is an easy five stars.

        Not sure why people have left bad reviews. I was pretty worried after I read them. However, the pathologist was so lovely, welcoming and very professional.

        Ill mannered staff. Refused to take a blood test for my child because she is not trained enough. Asking child to travel for 45 mins to find a trained employee is not acceptable. Thanks.
