Ever since the new owners came in, this place has been terrible! I was verbally assaulted by several employees whilst ordering the horrific food. The new employee looked particularly intimidated by the others, he was the only one trying to communicate nicely to us! Due to incompetence on both the management and employee level, this Fishbowl is ultimately ineffective at providing even a partially enjoyable culinary experience. This incompetence is exemplified by their inability to provide safe food, as demonstrated by the mold developing on the fish we received. Because of this, an inference can be made on the uncleanliness of their facilities, hence demonstrating their total incompetence. Another avenue in which incompetence festers is present in their inability to price their food competitively. The food portions were tiny and the salads could be considered a chemical weapon outlawed by the Geneva Conventions. Thus, I would not recommend this Fishbowl to anybody (not even my worst enemy). Not only should anyone come here, food safety regulations are frequently mismanaged and this franchise should be terminated.
