My name is Garry and I have used Permagard on each of my new cars over a long period of time. I had to have a small stain removed from the bonnet of my new Mercedes and a representative of Permagard came to my home within two days. He removed the stain and re-applied the protective coating to the cars bonnet without any fuss or drama. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Adam Camillari at Permagard and I can only praise him and his staff for the professional service which they offer. Below is an email I sent over a week ago with no response other than our senior management will get in touch in the coming days Since then I have sent 2 follow up emails with still no response. This product is false and does not do what they say it does. I have had it applied both inside and out multiple times. **** Email I sent**** Look I'll be honest. I am so disappointed with this product yet on the website it clearly states "lifetime warranty" **Our lifetime warranty is a cut above the rest as we are currently the only supplier that provides environmental damage warranty. Permagards lifetime promise ensures your car is protected from the elements at all times.* Another point I would like to point out is that what it states it also Repeals. Permagard works to repel: Acid rain Salt Alkali pollution Bird droppings Tree sap Insect etching Hard water deposits Road grime Pollution fallout Liquid and water-based stains UV-ray damage Scuff marks I honestly believe this is a false advertisement. Because I have had this reapplied multiple times because of failure to do the job correctly as stated on the website. I feel like I have wasted the money when I first purchased my vehicle with Permagard for the exterior and interior. My car has gone back to the "squeaky" feel and the water definitely does not beed off. (Please see attached pictures) Another one from your website that is also false is that it does not "wipe off" with a damp cloth for an iridescent glaze and also does not keep the surface stain and dirt free. **Our formula is created using biodegradable and environmentally safe components that keep your vehicles surface stain and dirt free at all times. Permagard ensures that your vehicle maintains this finish in between washes, only requiring a quick wipe down using a damp cloth to enhance its iridescent glaze.** I am getting very over having to have my car redone every few months. I am very particular with how I wash my car and I have only ever used the correct products supplied by Permagard. The vehicle is also kept undercover. I have come to realise how poor this product is and would like Permagard to pay to have the car paint corrected and to have Ceramic coating applied - this would be a compensation for all the trouble I have had with this product. Your records would show the amount of times I have had to call and complain about how the product just does not last at all. I have CC, my partner who works in the car industry who also agrees with everything I have put forward to you. I will await your reply and I hope it is to my satisfaction. Thank you Emma Robertson
