Such a great experience, especially as a transgender person; I felt incredibly safe, respected and also wonderfully helped. Id recommend to anyone in the LGBTIQA+ community and the broader community too. Excellent.

I had my appointment with Tran and she was so fantastic! I had a problem I had brought up to a prior optometrist that had been brushed off and Id been told it wasnt a thing and he didnt know what I was on about. I mentioned the issue to Tran, she did a few tests and diagnosed the issue and gave a solution! Tran was also overall very kind and made me feel at ease. Usually I feel awkward at the optometrist if I have to ask to see a lens a second time (lol) but Tran was so lovely it didnt feel awkward at all. Cannot recommend highly enough! Also very sorry but I did not get the lady at the counters name that assisted me but she was also very lovely and easy to chat with and went above to assist me with a pair of glasses.

Brilliant customer service, great selection of frames, couldn't fault any part of my experience. I'll definitely be using Oscar Wylee from now on. Another great part was I could do a Sunday appointment which suits me. Absolutely Brilliant
