We used the online self assessment tool for our property. It was very user friendly and easy to fill out. Once submitted the report was received within the 2 week time frame as advised.

We were advised to have a Depreciation Schedule done by ATDS on two newly built properties and another older property which we renovated. At all times the communication ( especially with the quantity surveyor) and customer support was excellent. We received clear information on the service that they provided, what we would receive in the Depreciation Schedule and how to proceed with supplying the information that they required. Because we were on a tight time line, ATDS were remarkable in prioritising the appointment with the Quantity Surveyor ( who was efficient, punctual, well exprienced and a pleasure to deal with) and returned the three reports to us in less than a week, which is remarkable! Each of the three reports/schedules was 56 pages! The price for their professional service is very reasonable, lower than we thought it would be, and really good value for what they do.
