        Fantastic service from beginning to end. The staff were extremely diligent, opting to see me multiple times in addition to the remote monitoring to ensure everything was going as planned. Whenever I needed an appointment due to a button coming off etc. I was able to see them quickly, often the next day. I felt in safe hands the whole time. I couldnt recommend them more!

        I've just finished my Invisalign treatment under the care of Dr Baisi and all the staff at TOP, it's been a wonderful experience the whole way through. They work to ensure the best possible results, and I've always been well looked after at every appointment. The clinic is well run, and the staff are always friendly and happy to answer my questions. During covid lockdowns they made sure I could keep to the treatment schedule, and supplied the necessary retainer updates and consumables for them.

        I have had a very positive experience with The Ortho Practice under the care of Dr Theo Baisi. I am a male in my 50s who has struggled with a broken tooth for many years, before biting the bullet (so to speak) and having an extraction followed by an Invisalign treatment. Communication through the process has been excellent and the results above expectation. I have been highly satisfied with the service.
