    I just got off the phone with Karen and, for anyone else reading the comments here, if you're second dose is not up on your immunisation history statement yet, it might take up to 10 business days or 2 weeks to be recorded. Karen told me that the delay is caused by the time it takes medicare to process the information. My second dose was on the 6th of October and I called today, 11th of October. Karen was very professional and polite on the phone. After reading the reviews, it seems I was either lucky or maybe the company made changes to its customer service.

    The Indian sounding lady operator just hung up the phone on me. Terrible experience.

    Terrible Service!! No proper communication! Hanging up the phone while talking. I called to talk about the second vaccination not appearing on my health record. Typical answer was I can only contact them after 20 days has passed from the date of vaccination. If the issue is not solved within 20 days, they can only escalate the issue and who knows how long this is going to take to resolve the issue! Really upset with the service and not sure how long more I have to wait as I am still under lock down if I cannot prove my vaccination status!!
