        This is a new agency, such humble, hard working people here, the services they provided very so often above and beyond this profession requires.

        I rented an apartment from this agency; they are good at the beginning of the tenancy and start to show true colours when a repair is requested. Found the property manager, Athena Elhosni, hostile, rude and argumentative; her customer service skills are beyond appalling. The other sales agents were friendly.
