SCAMMERS FACILITATORS!!! Do not deposit money into any accounts without knowing who the account belongs to. This bank knows about numerous reports on specific bank accounts that is used by scammers and then still facilitates the scammers by leaving the account open. I would not recommend this bank and dealing with this bank at all!! After they were contacted they simply said its not their problem and they continue allowing scammers to operate using their account. The matter has been reported to the police and Westpac have been notified 3 months ago. The notes about people complaining about the scamming accounts has been going on for Months.

SCAMMER FACILITATOR!!! This bank allows scammers to run money laundering account even when reported multiple times . They do nothing to close the accounts or refund elderly clients that has been scammed and simply replying saying they will not be doing a refund. If you deal with them and deposit money to any scammer with all the accounts they allowed to stay open you will not be refunded. Worst bank in Australia

**WORST CREDIT CARD SERVICE** One of the credit card consultant team advised that I had met all the eligible criteria for bonus point rewards and need to wait 12-weeks for bonus to arrive, so I had stopped spending and waiting. After the bonus period ended, I rang asking as to why the bonus point reward hadn't arrived and shockingly being advised that I hadn't met the eligibility criteria and since the period was ended, I had no chance to make up for it. Did raise the Complaint ticket and waited a month for some kind of resolution, but today found out that the ticket was closed with no justification (simple way of saying to 'brush it off' the complaint). Today's call, after on-hold for 1.5 hours, just to get the Complaint ticket raised again. Had never waited for 1.5 hours for a call. I'm expecting more from one of this BIG 4 bank. WORST service ever...
