Came in to get bandage & served by helpful girl. Went looking at make-up, different girl asked how I was going, after chatting to another staff member, told me after I'd spent 15+ minutes looking at make-up ready to buy products "labelled as on special " with pink tickets, "oh the special doesn't start till tomorrow they are full price now", even though there's a pink sticker right underneath saying it's half price. I used to work at a priceline and anything labelled needs to be marked down. I mentioned that politely and asked to speak to the manager politely. I was then told by apparently the female manager, "oh we have a sign at the front specifying blah blah blah whatever it doesn't start till tomorrow ", whatever. Wow, being put down for trying to buy products. Gave them the $40 of products back i was about to purchase and left. Then saw them having a whinge later and cuddling each other like idiots while shoppers are ignored . What a joke. Go to chemist warehouse up the road within walking distance. Much friendlier respectful staff.

Consistently slow and inefficient service at the pharmacy. Happens every single month when i get my scripts, I never see the same staff there twice, so it's not like it's a problem with specific staff members. Can't move some of my scripts due to the nature of them, cannot wait for my next scripts to come through so I never have to come here again.

Very unhelpful chemist. The girl behind the counter told me theres no way for them to check if they have more stock of a product that was empty on the shelf.
