If I could give 0 stars, I would however this rating is not based on their legal performance as i have not gotten that far. Twice now, I have called the office to discuss possible representation in a MVA compensation claim. Both times I spoke with a person who had taken all of my details (incident, issue, name, age, address, injuries suffered etc). Both times I was told that a message would be passed to the maitland office (I live that way) andy et neither time has anyone called me, or based on my phone records even tried to call. Seriously poor form and very bad experiences as I would rather deal with locals but guess they do not want to deal with me Responding to reply: While I have no missed calls and no voice mails, the last 4 digits in your response do align to those in my mobile. Happy to discuss further so please by all means feel free to try the mobile again.
