        I changed GPs two years ago and Awabakal by miles are better and always push me to have appropriate annual check ups for my age etc.

        Awabakal is a disgusting company. They left a Mr. Terry English, a mentally unwell man, without food and medications for weeks. During that period I sent Awabakal many emails alerting them to Terry's dilemma. Awabakal didn't act to help Terry and lied to the NDIS Complaints Commission when investigated. On another occasion, I took Old Pete, the Newcastle homeless man to see Dr. Jim at Awabakal to have burns to both arms treated. Dr.Jim at Awabakal sent us away untreated because, "He wasn't one of ours". OR He wasn't aboriginal.
