My experience working with Rebekah was really great, I came to her with the obstacle of anxiety in my life stopping me from doing things I wanted to and she helped get to the root of those problems and shifted my mindset about a variety of topics. I had a great session with Rebekah. I couldn't work out where I was stuck but the questions we went through allowed me to focus my mind and start to listen to myself and we started to unpick where I was holding myself back. We set some actions and created a plan for me to work through. I highly recommend working with Rebekah

I was recommended to Rebekah Ryan in order to help me overcome my fear and anxiety regarding snakes. This is a fear I have had since childhood, and I was scared and hesitant to take the first steps in overcoming this fear. From the start, Rebekah assured me that I was in control, and she would not do anything (or show me any images) I wasnt comfortable with. This was very soothing to me and helped me relax. Throughout the sessions with Rebekah, she gave me several tools in order to overcome my anxiety and get to the root cause of it. Throughout our time together, Rebekah not only helped me to overcome my fear of snakes, but also helped me overcome general anxiety with other issues. I still dont love snakes, and that was never the goal. The goal was to take back control of my fears and learn to approach it in a different way. I would recommend Rebekah to anyone who wants to overcome a stressor in their life or something that causes anxiety. She is not only lovely to work with, but her voice is very soothing and calming as well. I could tell from the start, Rebekah really cared about me and my issues and wanted to help me with a solution.
