Contracted Lou to build a substantial extension to our home including demolition of the rear of the house and blending a large new room and deck into the roofline and style of our 100+ year old home. The result is everything we could have wished for and the "experience" should give renewed faith in the building industry to anyone who has previously had problems with builders and tradies. Builds like this one don't come without their challenges and unforeseen "surprises", but every issue was discussed and clearly explained and professionally dealt with as it arose. Lou's team of sub-contractors were similarly friendly, helpful and professional. A pleasure to deal with. The build finished on time and on budget.
