My first consultation with Emily was almost ten years ago, and it was a revelation. I walked in feeling super frazzled and out of sync with... well... everything. My work/home balance wasn't great, I'd recently moved house, and I was in the long recovery process following Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. An hour later, I felt empowered and in control of my life again. I couldn't believe one session could achieve so much! Emily has been my go-to ever since for support maintaining balance in life through her advice and direction in nutrition, herbal remedies and massage. She is an amazing, insightful and gifted practitioner.

I would 100% recommend Emily to anyone looking for a safe space to relax and heal. Emily has the natural ability to sense and read what her clients care needs are. For years I have been taking my family and myself too Emily for massage and nutritional advice. I really don't know what I would have done if we hadnt found her. I recommend her to everyone!!

I love the way Emily works, she has supported me in so many ways in my life!! - with my diet, feeling more relaxed and calm daily, and even my life direction! It is a joy to go and see her, she is beautiful with children as well, as my daughter always loves her sessions with Emily. I have been seeing Emily for massage for about 5 years. She always tailors the massage to suit my needs on the day. She varies the technique she uses to assist with different injuries and most importantly for me, she intuitively knows when I need rest and relaxation. Emily is super helpful in so many areas of my life and doesnt hesitate to share her knowledge of nutrition and herbal medicine. I cant recommend Emily highly enough for all things health in both body and mind. She is my go to advisor and always takes the time to get back to me even between our appointments if I have questions about my health.
