He knew while he was treating me, I had a very sick family member and before anything else, he would inquire as to their health everytime I saw him.
During the first lockdown, I became very ill and wouldn't call the ambulance and take myself the John Hunter. Dr Thursby understood my Covid fears (anxiety) and spoke to me on a Saturday, on the phone in his own time for over twenty minutes. He then sent me paperwork to give the ambulance if I needed to call them in the future, to bypass any hassles.
A doctor worthy of more than five stars. Thank you, Dr Thursby. I am much better now.
