How did I meet Maurie? I was halfway through having implant retained dentures when Covid interrupted the process and my dental prosthetist closed down. Maurie happily took me on as a patient, took me through the process of making and fitting my lower denture to the implants I already had in place and creating a full set of dentures that I'm not only happy to wear but I'm happy to brag about! I highly recommend Maurie to anyone who is thinking about Implant Retained Dentures.

My mother utilised Maurie's services recently and was incredibly impressed with his level of professionalism. His cheerful demeanour and expertise improved her smile. She has been complemented extensively on the natural appearance of her mouth and the teeth.

I previously had an upper denture, made elsewhere that was nothing short of torture. It was ill-fitting, cut into my gum and made eating painful. I didnt smile all that much when out because it was prone to move in my mouth. Very embarrassing and I became self-conscious. I was referred to Smiles on Hudson by my dentist. The service I received was, in all honesty, faultless. I found Maurie to be both amicable and very professional in his approach which helped me feel at ease. He explained what was wrong with my existing denture and how he would go about making my new one, so that it would look more natural and be comfortable. Maurie's meticulous approach to his work resulted in my new denture fitting first time and so far hasnt needed any adjustment. It's comfortable, fits securely and really does look so much better....and yes, I feel confident enough to now smile and laughand eat something other than pasta. I will never in the future, go anywhere else other than Smiles On Hudson

I had an existing plate that had been made elsewhere that needed replacing and was recommended to see Maurie. From my initial consultation to my last he was professional and a perfectionist, great guy and my plate was ready before the date maurie had given me. I wish I had of went to Maurie for my first plate.

Highly recommend Maurie!! Maurie was so friendly and made my mum feel so comfortable . My mums denture was not the easiest but Maurie had no worries in making it work he is a real perfectionist . Cannot fault with anything . Mauries communication throughout the process was also fantastic ! Cannot thank you enough Maurie for what you have done for my mum. Highly recommend !
