        Had a terrible experience with a woman over the phone yesterday from this branch. I was enquiring about my husbands account who has recently died and she was very rude and seemed almost annoyed that I was asking her any questions as though assisting people with these things isnt apart of her job. She callously asked about a death certificate and if we had any kids as though she was going through the motions and wanted to get off the phone asap. Thank you for making a very difficult phone call even more upsetting.
