        I hired through Hertz Newcastle in January through my insurance while my car was being repaired. Unfortunately the front desk staffs were making the experience really awkward & very off putting. One inexperienced staff kept making mistakes while trying to process my rental but the other staffs were quite snappy while trying help but also unfriendly towards me.

        Recently had a bad experience with Hertz Newcastle. I was overcharged by about $90, upon questioning, I never received a clear answer, guy called Dave said he'd get back to me with clarification, however nothing. Unprofessional, rude & dishonest. I will never be doing business with them again.
